Pricing FAQ

How does the subscription and retention work?

Find New Talent: You pay €2K per hire. If they don't work out, you pay a €1K cancellation fee to find a replacement. This subscription-like model ends when you keep someone for 1+ years.

Find & Shape Talent: You pay €3K per hire. with ongoing support and coaching. Same rules apply as above, but if you retain them after 1 year, a €2K retention fee applies.

Do prices vary based on role or location?

Yes. These are base prices. We adjust for senior roles, specialized skills, amount of hires and hiring timeline, initial teaching, ongoing support and ongoing positions. Get in touch to discuss your specific needs.

What if the hire doesn't work out?

We stand behind our work. If they don't fit after 30 days, we'll rescreen and find a replacement at no additional cost!

What does the weekly/monthly coaching include?

Our Find & Shape Talent plan includes configurable support, either weekly or monthly sessions depending on your needs. We provide 1 dedicated day per scheduled period for training, onboarding, and coaching to ensure your new hire succeeds quickly.

Can I get a discount or negotiate?

Absolutely. Volume hires, long-term partnerships, and specific circumstances can warrant discounts or custom rates. Contact us so we can see what fits you best.
